primary approved, dependant still pending

Hi,

My husband's case still not approved yet
Looking to My Portfolio page today, I realized that date was changed of my and my son's cases from 10/01/04 to 11/02/04 (even ours approved one month ago).
Husband's date still the same

I485 EB2
RD 09/18/02
ND 10/18/02
1-st FP 11/22/02
2-d FP 08/10/04
3-d EAD 08/23/04
No RFE
AD - 09/30/04

Any ideas?

I have a similar situation.
My 485 application got approved on 16th Nov 2004, but my wife's is still pending.
We have been receiving all the notices (FP etc...) together until now. USCIS website shows the same last update date in the portfolio for our applications.

For both of us
RD - 10/21/2002
ND - 10/29/2002
RFE - 10/13/2004 (BC for both, marriage validity for my wife)
USCIS Received RFE response - 11/10/2004
LUD - 11/17/2004

My application (primary) was approved on 11/16/2004.

Does anyone has any information if there is any defined timeline within which the dependant applications are approved?
