Primary applicant approved but not dependents

Hi guys,

Just wanted to double check if somebody is on the same boat. Primary applicant approved but not dependent. Then what need to do?

Some times it will happen unfortunately....see gastroes posting.

If you are having luck dependents also get approved in a day or they will receive the approval letters in mail.

I am in the same boat. My file was opened on May 7 (RFE issued) and was later approved on June 7th after receipt of RFE. My wife's case has still not been touched though.

Me too,

My and daughter's cases were approved on May 3rd, but wife's case is still pending.
 
i think they are going by ND/RD and FP dates

that is what I noticed from all postings I have seen. and since your wife's FPs are later than you she may have to wait. what you guys think?
 
My case got approved 7/5 but my wife case is still pending.

Priority Date Nov 16, 2000
RD/ND July 26, 2002
FP May 27, 2003
AD July 5, 2004
 
Out 4 cases I had, three are approved on 7/12/04. My daughter is still at fp resumed. All four were applied on same day, receipt date was same , notice date was same , recieved FP notice on same day, Fp scheduled same day. As per stautus until 7/13 all four had same status "FP reumed on 5/27"
