Primary Applicant AP approved and Dependent Pending

Hi Folks,

Any body had this situation. Mine and my wifes AP approved. But my son AP didn't approved yet.

Is it normal or different. For me and my wife applied EAD too and they approved AP in one day after EAD approval that would be cause or any other.
