Primary AP approved but not spouse's

Has anybody ever heard of this situation....

I filed for EB2 (NIW) RD 2/18, ND 3/17, and very rapidly received my EAD and AP in early April.

My wife has not yet received her AP. We did not file for an EAD for her.

I did call the 1-800 number 5-6 weeks ago, but (of course) I have not yet heard anything.

Our case is fairly straightforward, so I'm a little confused as to why this might have occurred.

Any ideas?

Did you send the your wife and your's applications in the same package (envelope) or in different packages?

Everything was all sent in together. Same RD, same ND, same FP date..... just no spousal AP.
