Previously Approved LAbour

Hi,

My company has a previously approved labour from 1998 for which they would like to substitute me. Is this labour approval still valid now in 2003? I guess my question is - Is there an expiry time for an already approved labour?

Check with your attorneys, I have not heard of a expiry date for LC's, but there might be one. Coulple of things you may want to consider

1 is the wages section, the average wages for the particular category might have increased since 1998 - that could be a cause for a NOF/RFE

2. You need to have the same experience/crendentials as of the approved labour as of the date of filing of the 1998 labour.
