Gurus please suggest me.
I'm in a big dilemma.
My labor was approved and my company ready for applying my I-140.
I was with company A for 8 months and i specified this exp. in my labor with Company B.
I did have all paystubs except first five months from Company A and i'm not going to get
exp.letter for 8 months as Company A told me i would get exp.letter only for 3 months.
How can overcome with this? i don't know any coworkers from Company A.
I worked in one client's project at that time and I did know one co-worker,who is with Client's company.
is it safe if i get exp.letter for these 8 months from client's company co-worker and provide it for
my I-140?
is it safe if i provide this at I-140 stage without First Five months paystubs?
Any suggestion is deeply appricated.
