previous employer letter for CP interview????

Guys...

While on H1 I changed jobs and started the GC process with my current employer. Do I still need an employment letter from my previous employer for the CP interview ? If yes, does someone have a format handy.

*NOT LEGAL ADVICE*

The purpose of the letter is to prove that you will be working for the petitioner in the position outlined in your LC/I140 and to prove that you make enough money to not become a public charge. I would bring documents that proved your were in status before joining your present employer (I797, I94, etc...) but a letter is not required unless requested.
