Earlier my sister was rejected tourist visa. But now she is applyign for H1-B. I am confident she will get the H1-B papers. But worried about getting visa stamping from India. Will tourist visa rejection have any impact on getting H1-B stamping from Chennai or any other place in India ? Also does the consulte keep all the information, about rejected candidates, like job experience in their database, and is it shared between different consulates?
