Prevailing Wages Question

I am in the process of filing my H1-B visa. The prevailing wages for my position are higher than the wages than my employer is offering me, but my employers are paying for the entire costs of the visa, including Premium Processing (around $5,000). Can my employers "add" those 5000 dolars to my wages? If this is possible, then my prevailing wages and my actual wages would match. Thanks for your responses.

You can not add such cost as by default your employer has to pay for them. By law you should get atleast minimum wages on LC.
