Hi

Will the prevailing wage used in PERM the one that appears on the ONline Wage Library?
If my petition is for Market Research Analyst requiring MS+0. Would it be Lv 1 or 2?

It will depend what the SWA comes back at, depending on what the analyst determines who reviews the PWR.

how long will it take for them to get that? Also is this number going to be Lv1 or Lv2 wage at the Dept of Labors website or it could be a different number?
