My lawyer is going to file PERM for me and let me review the firm, in which she fills the Prevailing Wage at level 1, while the requires master degree to justify later EB2 filing. I kind feel the Prevailing Wage level is too low.
could some one educate me on the Prevailing Wage level and EB2 filling?
