As part of the GC processing, my company is about to start Labor certification process through the PERM process. As the initial step, my company requested for a prevailing wage from SWA for my position and it's so happened that we received a prevailing wage higher than what I am receiving now. Right now I am on an H1B visa with the company.
When should my company start paying me the prevailing wage ? Should it be immediately or only after the green card processing ? Because of the wage difference, my company is confused how to go ahead.
Any type of help in this matter would highly be appreciated.
