Prevailing wage for Labor condition

I'm a secretary preparing a amendment for statis of one of my H1 faculty here at the University of Utah. My H1 is ammending to part time and needs to put with his ammendment a new labor condition application based on part time instead of full time. The question is that the labor condition application is based upon the prevailing wage form from my state and I need to know if I must re request a prevailing wage based upon the amended statis of part time as the orginal prevailing wage is based upon full time.
