I work in university hospital on H1b visa. I was recently offered a promotion. They are applying for my H1 extension and will be applying for prevailing wage determination. Can the PWD be used for my labor certification or they will have to get new one. As they are planning to start my process once my h1 is approved. your advice will be highly appreciated.
