Prevailing wage date must be ealier than the Ad posting date?

My lawyer is going to sumbit my application. I just found all of the Ads were posted before the prevailing wage determination date. The PW determination date is 4/12/06. The Ad dates are from 3/3/06 to 4/28/06. Will the application be denied for this issue?

I have been denied twice last year for the typos made by my lawyer, so I am very concern for the issue above. 100 millions thanks for your suggestion!!!
 
My ads were posted before my PWD too. My lawyer didn't think it would be an issue. However, I did notice my job order was posted after my lawyer got my PWD.

my job order is before the PWD as well. Is it a problem?
