I don\'t know if we should read it so positive
I feel that the changes are only going to mean more burden of proof to the applicants, more hassle for the honest people, and probably not too useful to catch criminals. It seems that this is the concept that bureocrats have about a shape up, just make the life of whomever needs to use their services even more complicated.
I know that many people here think that this means speedier processing, I feel this means more hurdles. Time will say.
