Preponement of interviews

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anybody knows how to get the appointment
date preponed in emergency cases in Mumbai consulate

We have got a date of 21 Sept which is too late for us. Is there
a procedure that anybody knows on handling emergency.

Any advise would be highly appreciated.
