Premium Processing

Any idea how long premium processing is taking in CSC .
My inital application was on 15th may 2002. After long wait applied for premium processing on 23rd Dec 2002. Have'nt heard anything from INS yet, not even receipt for Premium processing. Tried to contact INS several times but no help without receipt of premium processing.

Any help will be appriciated.

which service center are you processing? It should not take more than 15 calendar days. If it takes more than 15 calendar days , then INS is supposed to refund you the $1000 you have paid for the premium processing. Further they are supposed to process your application as a premium processing application. This is what is mentioned in the INS site.
