Premium Processing.....

Hi Folks,

My H1B transfer is applied and RD is 24th June '02. After seeing my fellow friends, I am long way to go. Is it possible changing the current normal processing to Premium Processing. If so, apart from USD 1000.00 for premium processing fee, do we need pay the all other fee again?

Please advice.

You need to pay the $1000 premium processing fee and file an I-907. You do not need to pay the $1130 filing fee again.

I applied for my H1b ext in TSC in 01/09/02 and no feed back till June 25th. So i applied for my premium processing and i got it in 12 days.

Premium processing time.

my company had applied for h1 transfer in May'02, but still i have not received my approval notice, i am planning to visit india. Now i have applied for Premium processing, would some one help me, how long does it take to get h1 approval notice.
