Hi,
My Wife is on H4 Visa and she is in us since feb 2006..
I applied for transfer of H4-H1B on may 2006 and we received EAC number too at vermont center.
Now the issue is i may go back to inida on emergency basis due to some comany work in july and return on sep 1st week..
1) Can i change my wife visa processing to premium processing?
2) Do i need to file a fresh petition or change the exisiting one?
3) How long it will take for the Approval?
