Hi All,
Am new to this forum this is my 3rd GC process in last 9yrs, i would appreciate if some gurus in texas forum can tell me how long does this centre take to process I140 pp and how does texas centre handle 3 yr degree issues.

I-140 PP cases takes 15 calender days. If there is an RFE, it takes longer, the 15 days clock is restarted when the rebuttal was received. As for 3 year degree, if you have the educational evaluation (along with relevant work experience), you should be all set. Please see a thread on Nebraska Processing Center forum on this.

Though 140 PP is suppose to be 15 calendar days. But i do see some folks here who have gone beyond that time-frame even with PP. Some have gone beyond months. Some folks feel like it is a waste of money. you should be careful if you want your PP money to go to waste or not. Like Mr. manwithnoname suggested, get your evaluation done and pray for some good.
