Hi!
I would really appreciate if anyone could answer this question of mine:
I recently applied for H1B using premium processing. The INS has sent back a notice asking for some additional documents and more information.
I want to know if, after I send in the documents, it will still be processed as a premium case or will it now get into the normal processing queue along with all the other normal processing H1's?
