premium processing not working

My wife applied for her H1 visa(changing status from H4) on May 18. There was a RFE issued on Aug 18 which was replied to. Until Nov, there was no movement on the case, so in Nov 1st weeek we applied for premium processing, and we haven't heard anything back from Nebraska? Has this happened with other people too?

Did u check if your cheque was encashed?

Did you check if your cheque was encashed and when? They should have updated the status about PP. If they have then you can call them.

check not cashed

the check has not been cashed yet..

Did you check if your cheque was encashed and when? They should have updated the status about PP. If they have then you can call them.

waiting for material transfer from vsc to nsc

the lawyer was told that uscis has transfered the case from vsc to nsc, and they are missing a file, which they have requested from vsc. Has something similar happened to other people?

Is this true? I'm planning to apply premium processing.. because -

my PD is Sep 02, the PD as of November 06 is Aug 02, my I-140 is Aug 06 and the current processing date for NSC is May 06.. its advisable to re-apply thru premium processing for this status???

h1 premium and I-140 premium are separate entities. it all depends on the workload of the service center..
