I filed I140 under EB2 PP back in December, 2006. Got a notice of intent to deny in about 10 days, responded on Jan 13th, received on Jan 19th. Long life premium processing, as of today, (day 17), there is nothing except two LUDs. Emailed them and got no reply. Service center is TSC.
It seems that they don't hold themselves to their 15-day promise after the RFE or NOID, although the PP rule said explicitly that RFEs and NOIDs are to be adjudicated with 15 calendar days also. Just so everyone knows...
