Hi All: I applied for my H-1b(regular) on july 10th. i changed it to premium processing yesterday(Filled out premium processing form and sent out a cheque for $ 1000.00 through my attorney),before INS could get my cheque my case got approved today morning..is there any way i can get my money back from INS.please let me know.
