I am sure everyone heard about the new fee hike proposals by the USCIS. They are claiming it is necessary and one of the reasons stated is to eliminate name check backlog and speed up the NC process. I am not sure how much it will be able to help us since the fee hike is application specific (not name check specifically). But what may help us "Name Check Victims" is if there any way to suggest to the USCIS to start charging the premium fee for the name check? I do not mind paying a hefty fee as long as it takes care of my sleepless nights, uncertainity, facing rude and unfriendly USCIS & getting it over with. Please give your suggestions. & if there is any way we can get this message to the USCIS in big numbers, that may help us. Also it will help USCIS to generate huge revenues while keeping their customers happy and their goals of processing the applications in the stipulated time.
