Premium Processing For H1b Visa Transfer!!

My client wants to hire me and they are applying for my H1B Visa transfer. Since I\'m getting married in less than 3 months, I want to have my Visa transfer done thru "PREMIUM PROCESSING".. But I don\'t know, whether H1 Visa transfer can be done under premium processing. If not, is there any way I can get it done as early as possible.

Please help me!!!!

H1 B is a petition not a visa per se

Under premium processing you can get a new H1 B petition in about 3 weeks but it is different from the actual visa stamp in your passport, hope you are not mixing up the two!
 
Your employer can get H1 B tranfer using premium processing

Yes, H1 B transfer can take place with premium processing. Employer has to pay extra fees. This is poosible I know for fact as my friend got his new H1 B visa PAPERS (not stamping) in 3 days (exception and lucky him). But remember you will have to get it stamped on passport before you come in again to US. What this means is when you go to your native country for marriage, get your new Visa stamped on passport. I dont think you have time to get visa stamped thru courier as it takes 6 weeks. It might be closer to your travel date for marriage. You decide.
