Premium Processing for EB-1 OR - NSC

I am considering the Premium Processing option for my EB-1 OR petition.
So far, how good/bad has the experience been with doing PP for EB-1 OR ? People who have upgraded to PP at NSC, please post your experiences.

I think we are on the same category with NSC. I filed for my EB1-OR concurrent on September first week. I finally got receipts after almost 4 weeks (RD Sep 11th, RD Oct 4th). Since the PP law came into effect only on Sep 25th, I upgraded to PP last week, but havent gotten my checks cashed in yet. I dont how NSC operates, do they open the mail right away, or wait for 1000s of applications to collect and send receipts notices. I also notice LUD's for 4 days consecutively after my receipt date and then it stopped. Also, did you get your FP notice?? I only got receipts for I140,I485,AP, and EAD. In addition the leading zero of my A number was missing in my AP (I consulted that its a minor issue). Good luck with your application.

This is weird on NSC's part :(
I filed concurrently in late Sept. and my receipts for 140 and 485 took exactly 3 weeks. No fingerprint appointment yet.
Can the request to upgrade to PP be made online ? That seems the only way out to avoid the 3-4 week pre-processing delay at NSC.

Hi Gcinfo seeker. PP check sent on Oct11th. Updated on Oct20th. Saw a LUD on OCt21st. Then nothing.

I really dont understand how the LUDs work. Maybe we should not give enough logic to it. Maybe when they cash the check and mail the receipt there is a LUD change. In anycase I am hoping in the next few days, I will hear something. Will keep you posted.

Whats the status on yours?

The company's lawyer is in the process of putting the paperwork in place and should file sometime this week. Lets see how it goes then...

hi dnastar,
after sending I-907 to upgrade for PP, do you get any receipt notice?? If so, how long does it take to receive receipt notice? My friend has filed since eight days but have not received any receipt notice. thanks for info!!

Hi dnastar,
Did you receive a decision yet ? My PPS request was received on 25th and saw a LUD on 25th and then on 26th. Nothing after that.
