Premium processing fees and payable to whom?

Hello,

I am filing my 140 in premium processing. I know that there is $1000 needs to go with the paperwork.

Can anybody tell me where is the official link that tells, this is the amount and whom should this be payable to?

Please let me know..

Check PP fees

Write the check in name of USCIS & mail it to your attorney.It will go with the paper work

Additional cost for PP

Hello all,

Thanks for input..

Called the attorney.. she is asking for additional fees for filing I-140 PP.. Do they need to do additional paperwork for PP?

Though company pays for this, I just want to know about the procedure.

Hi

Sometimes the attorney charges extra fees from filing premium.It might range from $200-$500.This is in addition to the $1000 for USCIS.

Spoke to attorney. it has been told that paperwork will be different for PP. So that makes sense of why extra attorney fees.
 
When I checked in Aug, PP wasn't there for EB2 cases, only for EB3 cases. Is it still the same now ?.
