premium processing fee for I-485

does anyone know whether the ins will impliment the premium processing fee of $1000, to make decisions on I-485 appli. within 15days?.
do you guys have any thoughts on this????

I think the premium processing is for I-140, not for I-485. Let me know if I'm wrong

Yes, premium filing is only for I-140. Also, they process it in one month and not 15 days.

No premium preocessing for 485.

I wont hesitate to pay 8000$ for premium processing if they decide my I-485 in 3 months.
