This case is very strange and I really need some help.
University has applied for H-1 B visa for me and I opted for paying $1000 for premium processing. Something went wrong ( bank explains it as a processing problem that rarely occurs) but the $1000 bounced. What can I do now? I don't have Reference number yet.Tomorrow I'll try to call USCIS to explain the situation but I am not sure whether I"ll reach anybody without Reference Number.Does USCIS provide any grace period to correct the situation? Or does it mean that my case in canceled?
I am ready to send them another check right away but I have no idea how this situation can be handled appropriately.
