Dear Friends,
Case A
I am having a strange issue, I have a pending I140 Application which was a concurrent I140 /485 filing in Dec of 2004 right before the EB3 retrogression started. Decision on that application is still pending (THSI CASE IS FOR FUTURE EMPOLOYMENT Never Worked with This Employer)
Case B
Recently I used PERM to apply for Labor certification with my present Employer I applied I140 and availed the Premium Processing option, but one of my friends mentioned that if you have a pending I140 application I cannot use Premium Processing is this True?
Any information here will be greatly appreciated, and my sincere apologies if this is a repeated question
