Premium Process- H1b Renewal

Hi,

I applied my H1 on normal process on April 30,2008. due to India visit on Oct 1st week I asked my employer to make it premium process,
He sent USCIS 1000$ check and required docs on August 12th,2008. Check got cleared,I haven't get my H1 approval till now, Sept 8th he logged enquiry on this.
They haven't responded to that yet.
Can you please tell me How can I get my H1 approval by oct 1st week. My Present H1 will be expired on Sept 30,2008.
If I dont get the approval Can I travel to India in Oct 1 st week ?
 
What happened to your case ? I am in the same situation applied via PP but still more that 2 months have passed and no response.
