Premium or Regular Processing?

Hi,

My new employer just did an H-1 transfer but I am not sure if they did it under regular or premium processing.

The online message says "It is taking anywhere between 90 days......."

I thought the premium processing takes 15 days. Is the online message different for premium processing?

Should I assume that this is a H-1B regular processing?

Assume that it is regular processing. I filed a premium 3 days ago and the message online says 10-15 days.
I think you may be able to get premium....but you have to file some other form and give them 1000$.

I am also changing employer and my employer is saying they will apply in regular processing as there is no benefit in premium except it is faster. I am willing to pay $1000.

Do you know how many days it will take to get the receipt? They will apply the transfer on 11/22. Can I start employment with them from 11/29?
