Premium H1 Processing

Hi all,

My company applied for H1 in Nebraska INS.

Receiptdate: April 30, 2002
Got request from INS for more information: August 20,2002
INS Received requested information :August 27, 2002

Its already 120 days and I am worried. I want to get the H1 soon.

Can I switch to premimum processing from normal processing?If Yes how can I do that? what form I need to fillup?


I appreciate your help.

Can I go to premimum processing even after I got a request/query from INS for more information in normal processing?
