Premium 7th yr Visa Processing

Hi All,

Have to go to India urgenly. Labor filled 1 yr 1 day BEFORE the completion of 6 yrs of H1. Will file for extension in Sept

-- is it possible to have a premium processing for 7th Yr extension?
-- How much will be the total cost with the H4?
--Will there be any issue if i go now and then come back once i get the extension?

Yes you can do that
-- How much will be the total cost with the H4?
If you are with same employer and if it is your second extension with them then total cost will be $1380(1000 premiun and 380 h1,h4 filing fees) other wise you will have to add $2000(1500 training fee and 500 fraud fee)--Will there be any issue if i go now and then come back once i get the extension? If the visa on the passport is not expired you are oK otherwise you will have to get it stamped overseas US post then come back...Thanks
