Premimum processing for 2nd I140 while 1st I140 is pending with other company

I think it is allowed

Hi when_gc07

I do not think there is any problem. I am in the same boat. I am working for company A whose labor just got approved after 5 years. Meanwhile company B has sponsered me as prospective employee and I-140 is pending with company B. My lawyer has told me that you may get a query as you have pending labor with company B. He is telling me that chances of query are less if I withdraw application from company B. Just wondering have you thought about it?

Thanks
Annieo

I don't think u can file a PP 140 if u have anothre 140 pending.
If you have first 140 approved u can do second 140 PP.
You can file second 140 but not in PP.
Please check with your lawyer too.

Mine first I 140 filed in Jan 06 is pending.
Second I 140 from a different company (with different labor, of course) filed under PP. See my signature.

OK, what about filing 2nd I140 from the same company with PP? When I looked at my pending LC status at Dallas backlog center yesterday night, it was certified. I already have a I140/485 pending at NSC with substitute labor from same company. I work for big s/w company in bayarea.

Can some one clarify?

Thanks!

Can some one clarify whether I can file second I140 from same company (with original labor) in premium processing when my other I140/485 is still pending (with sub labor)?

Thanks!

Risk for end I140

Hey,

What is a risk when we apply for second I-140 . Mine first I-140 is approved with my current employer and I also have a labor from another company. What is risk if my I-140 from second company is denied.

There is question in I-140 where it ask whether any other petition has been filed for the beneficary??
