What are the rules if I get pregnant on H1. My first time H1 is till Oct 2006.
I am kind of overage and wanted to be done with the kid part and also wanted the baby to be US citizen.
Please help me with these questions
What happens to my H1 if I my project ends while I am 6 months pregnant? (Nobody would hire me while I am at that stage)
What happens to my H1 when I deliver?
Will I get some leave to be able to stay at home with the baby?
I should start processing the labor thru the perm process so that we get the EAD and my husband can start working?
I am going nuts with all this, please help me if I am missing something here.
Please please guide me.
