I am getting tired of this WAIT.....

Looking at my Case, can you guys roughly guess on : when can I expect an approval ?

I 485: 12/20/2002.
1 FP: 02/01/2003.
RFE: 05/06/2004(EVL), Response Received by INS on 05/27/2004.
2 FP: 07/01/2004, Updated by INS on 07/08/2004.

What makes you think that you are waiting for soooooooooo long when guys with 2001 and early 2002 still waiting for REF or approval. In-fact you are lucky to get REF this early. My friend sit tight and wait your approval notice is around the corner.

If you are not lucky as I thought you are: you might write the same thing after one year….. Say late 2005 or early 2006 then you have a right to say things like " I am getting tired of this WAIT..... "

so you are the lucky one:) Congratulations!
 
Come On Folks- dont you realize

that ins is approving cases from march 2002-dec 2002. how can one one make predictions. dec 2002 filers can expect approval right from anytime now to feb 2005

immigration watch makes silly predictions based on their registered base which is statistically very insignificant and in accurate
sit tight. btw 2 fp and / or rfe is a sign case is picked up and approval is around the corner
is this fair
 
I think, immigrationwatch monitoring the entire I485 applications ( EB category, unskilled, outofstatus-245...etc), and looks like NSC giving more priority to EB cases first.
