Hmm...

the Coming Soon January 2013 Visa Bulletin message is missing

the bi weekly update of the (Ankara site) is also missing - last updated November 14th...

Is there a strike they forgot to tell us about?.... :confused:
 
i believe we will. it usually appears in late evening (Europe). i remember last month when it was released - after 11 pm. (again - Europe)

I dont think we will see it before 10-13 december.... Usually after coming soon appears it took about 1-2 weeks.
 
well.. it doesnt really matter when it shows up. let's hope the numbers will be higher than last month.

It does not mean much and it will mean even less as time progress... :)

Both graphs are related to AS

There is this theory that the advance rate of AS depends on its 'weak link' which is the US embassy in Ankara.
Ankara handles the selected persons from Iran which are ~40% of all selected from Asia. If Ankara is lagging then Asia cutoffs are low.

The second graph is an attempt to scale the huge AS cutoff numbers of past DV and make them comparable with DV13. In past DV, there were many participants from Bangladesh but only few were selected. Something similar to what happens with Ukraine in Europe. This causes the case numbers to become very sparse. It is based on so many assumptions that it probably means nothing...

Anyway it passes the time until my interview which is not expected until way into summer
