Do the gurus have any insight over how much the dates will move (or not) in the upcoming months? The cut off date is at April 1st 2004 currently. I have heard all kinds of rumors including that for
July the dates will be retrogressed back to even before Jan 2003. Does anyone have a reasonable idea?
