It looks like nothig much is going to happen for illegals at the senate. May they can provide some kind of temp. status. I expect EB3 India will move to 2002 soon.

My prediction is EB3 India April or May 2001 but I think this is a moot point. In another week or two, be prepared for such a big bombshell of a news about retrogression (or lack thereof), that this whole exercise will be totally uneccessary
