I am getting the preapproved labour EB3 which has no specification of education and it is applied for Chineese nationality with 2 years of SAP experience.
I am Graduate Indian national with enough SAP experience. Will the substitution is valid in normally when I-140 is approved.
Please let me know ASAP since I am in the verge of taking decicions.
