To use a pre approved labor certification, do I need to have the desired qualifications for the specific position before the date of approval of the LC?
For example: If my company has an approved LC with priority date: of year 2003. I have the qualification (MS degree) listed in the LC but I completed my MS in 2005. Can I use that LC??
