Hi,

I've applied I-140 thro vermont service center with the pre-approved LC. Are there any chances of rejection of I-140 here.
My attorney told me that there is a mis match in branch.
Mine is electrical & electronic engg. but the LC is with computer
engg. Wl there be any probs? Any info. wuld be helfpful.

I don't think that would matter. It all depends on the wording you choose to describe your requirements. Any paralegal with experience or any attorney should be able to word your resume and job descrioption.
