Pre-approved LC in NJ area

My employer is not concurrently filing 140/485 and that could lead to significant delays in my GC process, if category retrogressed is introduced which is very likely in the near future. I'm trying to find pre-approved labor. Is anybody has any experience of pre-approved labor in NJ area? I would appreciate if you could share your experience and any information

most of the company will not be willing to file concurrent filing so that they want to make sure you work for them for more time to take your blood and sweat. but you can file your i485 based on the i140 receipt because its your petition but there are some caution to be taken care of.

be very cautious of preapproved labor that too from a firm from NJ, chicago, california, texas and washington state (not DC)

dont believe any firm or posing as employee or ex-employee or friend or any body from forums referring a company with preapproved labor

Thanks SaiGC. What are the precautions should I be taking while filing 485 on my own(thru my lawyer) while my employer is filing 140. Is there any way my employer can know about this? What are the general RFEs you get during 485 filing? Basically I'm not sure whether I should file 485 or wait for 140 approval. my i140 is filed from VSC. Your suggestions/feedback would be appreciated. Thanks
