My H1 6th year term will be getting over soon, around 7 months. Can I use the matching pre-approved labor under PERM processing. If so would there be any issues. Any suggestions would be helpful.
I would advise one to be very cautious with Pre-approved labors. There are lots of scams related to Pre-approved labors.
Another option for ur situation would be to find a good employer who would file ur Labor in Perm it should hopefully get approved in couple of months. and once ur I- 140 is pending, you can keep entending ur visa for 1 year increments.
