I work for company X and they have applied for LC for me from Delaware,currently processing Sep2002,my application was filed in Feb end.
I'm about to start a new project and know someone in another company in HR who told me they have pre-approved LC's.However only after porting my H-1 B will they be able to correctly match up my skills,qualifications etc with their pre-approved labors.
My current company will keep my original LC going as my relative works there.
Any advise from people who have done pre-approved LC's before would be much appreciated.
