pre-approved labor

Very recently I got my Labor (EB3, PD Nov'02) but haven't applied for my I-140 yet.According to our lawyer, my employer may have some pre-approved LC with earlier priority date.
My questions are :
1. Should I use any other pre-approved labor, if available?
2. Do you foresee any complications in doing so?

There is a big scam going on about the pre-approved labor. I am closing this thread and any subsequent thread of pre-approved labor. You can post your queries in Employer corner. Also, it seems like your company ONLY does pre-approved labor business, good luck with you already approved labor.
