Do i qualify for a Pre approved labor ?

I have been working with my current company for 3 years. Recently I was offered a pre approved labor from my company. The labor is dated : 12/29/1998

The labor has a requirement for a MS Computer Science/Information Systems with 3 months experience.

I have a MS Computer engineering and a BS in Computer Engineering( from India). I completed my masters degree on: 12/19/1998. Before I started my masters program i had a 1 year experience in India. I was also employed as graduate assistant while i was pursuing my Masters degree.

Do i qualify ? I have two reasons to doubt it:

1. The LC states MS Computer Science and i have a MS in Computer engineering.

2. The LC states 3 months, but i graduated 10 days before the date of the LC, but i do have over a years experience before that.

help would be much appreciated.

Not sure about point 1. In my opinion this difference does not matter.

On point 2, I think you are fine. Any post bachelor's experience can be used even if the experience is prior to obtaining the Master's degree. You can show the 1 year experience in India as long as it was obtained after getting th Bachelor's degree.
